Grind the Poha or flattened rice in a grinder and prepare breadcrumbs by grinding the bread in the mixture.
Mash the potatoes and paneer.
Now add breadcrumbs, grinded Poha, mashed paneer, mashed potatoes and all spices in a bowl and mix them well to prepare Potato croquettes.
Now prepare small lemon sized balls from the mixture.
Heat the oil and deep fry the Potato Croquettes on high to medium flame.
Place the croquette on a napkin or a tissue paper to soak the extra oil from the potato croquettes.
Potato Croquettes is ready to eat. Serve it with sause and chatany.
